ironman would drink spiderman under the table... ironman would beat spiderman in a race over-seas... ironman wins at : having better movies than spiderman, more money, and for the most part better toys. spiderman wins at : having more friends (who tend to inadvertently turn on him)... this is all assuming we are counting them as both their identities... and btw, i grew up with spidey more, and i would much rather read a comic of spiderman vs ironman, that have a debate on youtube... :)

Lets see... Iron man would win a straight out fight, head to head... Though spiderman would succeed in winning if it was close quarters... (( ofcourse, with both trying to minimize civilian casualties ))

So Imo... they work in their own respective areas, Ironman is just more destructive...

Spiderman can't even survive a bomb being stuck to his arm and going off. Ironman will just have to blast Spidey once with his repulsor ray and the fight will be over.

In a real fight, Spiderman won't stand a chance. Ironman's armer is much stronger and more durable. His armer has the strength to withstand missiles and can even go overdrive to far exceed his base strength (was able to lift a 16000 ton nuclear reactor, fly it into the sky, and throw it into the sea.) That anount of weight would easily crush Spiderman. Spidey can him all he wants and barely have a chance of hurting him. I bet many of the weapons on Iron man's armer could kill Spidey in 1 shot.
