I just wanted to say again to everyone that has shared, commented, sent prayers or just watched, that we are so overwhelmed with the response that we are getting and hope that it will make a difference. Each and every one of you are in my prayers tonight and tomorrow is a new day. So many of you are fighting your own battles each day but took the time out of your busy lives to watch this story unfold and it means the world to all of us. With many Thanks and Love!!!! It saddens me to see such an atrocious act going unpunished. The parents of this child shouldn't be allowed anywhere near their other two kids, instead custody should go to the grandparents who are quite obviously worried for them in this time of grief.

I am a woman who cannot have children without a long fight to conceive, even then it isn't guaranteed. I'd have been so happy to have such a beautiful gift bestowed upon me. How anyone could hurt their offspring is beyond my comprehension.

my heart aches for you .... My daughter was born on Nov 25th 2011 and I cannot imagine what you are going through..... They will be punished when their day comes....

this saddens me so much to learn that this precious lil boy had such vilence put on him and saddens me even more to know that it was done by his mother and her boyfriend the 2 people who should have been lovin him and keep him safe the most. I hope and pray that they will one day have to answer for the horific thing they have done. My heart goes out to you and I will be praying for you and your family.

@Cyndi1all4God Sadly we never got a chance to meet Ethan yet, we were supposed to in June, God Bless his little heart, I know he looks down from under the wings of his angel though and is safe now. Thank you from all the family and friends of Ethan. God Bless!!

Brings tears to my eyes. How could anyone hurt a baby, especially a parent of the child. So many couples are unable to have children, yet this couple are blessed with the privilege of having a child and instead of spoiling and enjoying their gift, they abuse this gift. So so sad. This baby was hurt by the people whom should love him and protect him from danger. And to be released to enjoy life while Ethan never had that chance because of them. Our justice system is an absolute joke.

I am so truly sorry for Ethan and anyone who loved him. I cried through the whole video, it is an outrage and HUGE miscarriage of Justice...the people responsible for Ethan's death should be punished! May God keep Little Ethan resting in his arms forever.

My sister lost her baby from a placental abruption when she was 9 months pregnant and unfortunately little Cody died before she made it to the hospital.She still grieves over 12 years later. Shame on the parents of this beautiful little boy that so many people in this world would have given anything to have. I hope they burn in hell for making this precious life suffer the way he did. God speed Ethan. Surely you are in the arms of Jesus.

I just watched this video in disbelief. I met alot of this precious little boys family a few weeks ago in the waiting room of the neonatal unit. I am sooo sorry for your lose. God bless and I hope there is justice for Ethan James.

Wow!! I'm so so sorry for the loss of a wonderful baby boy!! My Son was born Nov 29th 2011 and he is my world! I couldn't imagine doing ANYTHING like that to my precious baby boy... Laws MUST change!! Baby Ethan will forever be loved and missed by many, even ones he never met!! Sending you all my strength and support!

My heart cannot comprehend how someone could do this to a child. My heart aches for you, we do need to change the laws there are too many children who cannot protect themselves. Its a sad day when people got more time in jail for robbing a store, or hurting an animal then they do for child abuse, or murder. I am truly sorry this happen to him, I hope that someone who has power in the government sees this and has a child so they understand how precious children are <3
