As we (Word of God Christian Center) are entering into our sixth year of ministry, week-by-week our works demonstrate that the facility we are in is getting smaller and smaller. Monthly, we are sowing into what we cannot reap (own), and knocking down walls to add on is not an option.

God has opened the door of opportunity for us to purchase our own Worship Center. It is a larger and more efficient place to worship, praise, serve and train His people. The facility is 13,000 square feet and sits on 1.7 acres located in a strategic area of New Bern, NC; perfectly situated for our God given vision of evangelism. Four thousand square feet is already prepared for training and will serve as our temporary sanctuary until we remodel a six thousand square feet portion for worship service. It is my belief that God has factored WOGCC into the population growth that New Bern and Havelock, NC are currently experiencing.

As one may imagine, obtaining this facility takes a great measure of faith, prayer, and financial resources. I believe that the purchase is possible with the help of committed churches, organizations, friends and family who know the importance and what it really takes, to partner with kingdom minded people that are already working a kingdom agenda.

We are reaching out to you, in faith, to help us reach our goal of raising $300,000.00 to be used as a down payment towards our new church home on March 31, 2010. We are certain that God will provide the resources for the work we are doing, which positively affects change in the life of people, both individually and as a community at large. We really need your help!
