Saw them for the first time tonight and they are outstandingly good. No band out there does Kenton as well as CMJO.

The ending was sloppy (drum gaff), but still stellar! Of course, this is one of the faster tempos I have heard this Rif-tune (love the style-medley that orthoman8 found from Newport Jazz).

We've got a nice gig coming up at Fitzgeralds with the St. Gustavus Adolphus Jazz Lab Band opening for us March 22. I was thinking about recording that night and maybe putting out a CD
