Forrest is doing well - his nightime routine is MUCH easier with him now sleeping in the kitchen at bedtime. No more AM washings are necessary - YEAH!! However, Forrest has developed a cough (this past Friday) and will need to go to the Vet, Dr. Ferstyl, this Friday, when I can pay him. Although Forrest is kept pretty isolated (in contact with only our animals/pets) I worry about particular feline respiratory problems - they are deadly!! We may begin taping every two weeks rather than every Sunday now that Forrest is getting older - we will see how things play out.

  • Im so glad for people like you, that dont see a cripple animal as a problem, but as something that needs help, just like everything else. Its good to know there are people like you left in the world. Forrest is adorable ^^

  • Its a birth defect. Sadly, its not all that uncommon, but usually those kittens get abandoned by their mothers and they end up dying because they can't completely take care of themselves, or escape predators.
