The US and Pakistanis can make any statistic in order to hide the truth most people from that region claim that Drones have claimed civillian life than any Taliban. If a report of civillian killings becomes official then a havoc against the govt will take place where it will be hard for the ruling elite to controll & give explanations. According to Iranian press tv the drone attacks have killed more civillians than millitants.

As far as casualties are concerns according to "Operation Enduring Freedom | Afghanistan". Casualties in Pakistan from 2001 to 2011-03-26 in Pakistan by miltants and Pakistani Taliban are estimated to be 2500. So again you are caught distorting the truth, you may not like Pakistan because your Indian but atleats dont spread misinformation propaganda.
