This is the 4" Vertext Rotary Table which has been converted to a CNC Indexer. The indexer is capable of divisions upto 999 with one button rotation through the divisions. The video of a clock wheel being cut is shown at the end. The indexer can also jog in any direction in a set number of degrees as well as many other features. The indexer is programed on a PIC microcontroller and the hex file is kindly donated free online here: http://www.mycncuk.com/forums/showthread.php?t=150 and the parts can be purchased for no more than £30!!
