  • The first was how to practice in the shallow end. She did not touch the bottom when she did it for real in the deep end.

  • @muninazitatwilight , Actually In The End Of The Video She Doesnt touch The Bottom At all , So Chill Out! Haha .

  • if your going to teach somenone at least do it properly, nobody does syncronized swimming in a pool like that and your not suposed to touch with your hands, feet anything in the bottom of the pool. That was it is very easy actually, try this in a deep pool without touching in the bottom of it. I wanna see. It is hard as fuck, believe me, I do synchronized swimming and for you to be able to do this you need so much practice and hard work put into it.
