@991med To be fair, his voice is too clean and polished for a dirty and ugly song like this. Kurt Cobain's voice fit this absolutely perfectly, and that's why I love the original. Now, if Buzz Osborne sang this (Buzz is the singer of the Melvins, the band who played this version of this song) that, too, would fit. I guess "voice sucks" isn't correct, more like "voice doesn't quite fit as naturally as it would for Osborne or Cobain."
