  • @mscarbro57 dont get butt underwear! i guy will just be like wtf! id rather find out a girls got a flat but then a weird underwear on!

  • CAN SOMEONE HELP! my excrise calls for multiple planks sometimes 15 and sometimes like 40 or something dumb regardless my question is on my workout guide it show the person in the tut (but a cartoon motion picture) like hold for about 5-10 secs. is this what you should do for counting one or am i saposed to hold for as long as i can 15 times? i tried that once and couldnt get through my workout!

  • Im up to 2 and a half to 3 mins on this exercise. Shakes, sweat, tiredness are the result. I think its for core too.
