@tomcatru Thank you! I actually lived in Nepal for 4 months, and have been to Delhi and parts of East India, but never Rajasthan. And I know India is an incredibly diverse place, and everywhere you go is different. But it looks beautiful, and I'm pretty excited. Thanks!

I'm still trying to work out some logistics, but I'm thinking of volunteering for a month in Jodhpur next year. What was your overall impression of the city?? This video made me incredibly excited to get over there!

It looks so quiet and peaceful there, I thought it would be crowded and bustling like many (most?) other Indian cities.

hi kngcarrotflwrs, I think a month in any indian city will be an interesting experience. I didn't spend all that long in Jodhpur, so I can't give you an accurate description, but I can promise that it is sufficiently different from the west to be fascinating. Good luck!
