can some one please tell me for once and for all ....can a person lose fat and gain muscle what is the science behind it??
-
hey hey! Have you considered the Fat Blast Furnace (google it)? Ive heard some great things about it and my father shed tons of fat.

@xjcm278x I personally have taken both, Nitro-tech worked best for me. But protein is protein, Nitro-tech has a lot of other stuff, if you just want lean muscle, then gold standard is good, if you want to build serious muscle and size, I would look into other proteins.

@ZzPhantomz 1 - 1.5 grams of protein per pound of body weight is ideal (128-200g per day for you) spread over several meals and protein shakes throughout the day. Protein is best taken when you wake in the morning, post workout and before bed.
