@obbinx1977 I know that particular tribes in Indonesia hand-poke tattoo women after they turn 16 for ceremonial purposes.. And I believe the women of the Mursi tribe had hand-poked tattoos on their face to keep them safe.

I love the comment about the grandmother not even considering a man without a tattoo but her grand-daughter doesn't want her husband to have one. Does anyone know if there is a history of tattooing women, or was it just men?

my grand father fought in borneo he was a british gorkha soldier he used to tell me stories about long house , tattoos he had one on his chest so i like tattoo i have thai tattoo and iam getting japnese tattoo u two r gr8 mens hats off to u thanx for the video takes me to the imagination of my grand father who is expired
