LIKE IT. I am 53 women. Thank you for posting fast work out. I am in war againt my bone density. My Dr. gave until Jan 2012---before I go on meds. So, I keep lifting and working out. I do not want meds. Thank you very much. It is all about priority---we all have one life. Keep posting.

What have you got for those of us who are middleaged , and out of shape due to meds, and recovering from heart attack, surgery? Our muscles are nearly non existent after a years recovery time.
