My Great Planes SeaWind Sea Plane I picked up at my Local Hobby Shop (LHS) Graves RC.

If you want simple majestic water flights, this seawind is the plane!

Glides through the water like a boat, and flies smooth as a hot knife through butter. This Seawind is a definite welcome sight to my hanger! A real Joy to fly!

  • I really want to get into RC planes, and this one looks awesome! Would this be ok as a first plane or no? Either way someday I will have one!

  • @flamingosunlimited : You definitely do not want to have this as your 1st plane. Regular landing is hard enough to learn. Water landings require experience in order to keep from turning into a submarine. You want something like a HobbyZone Super Cub. Or an FMS Sky Trainer. Google either and you'll see where to get them from.

  • cool flyin mr.von richthofen,haha,cool music too,like your p-40 vid also!cheers

  • @bluesmander : Thanks Buddy! I appreciate you watching some of these older videos of mine. Gives me a chance to go back myself and watch. Remember some good ol fun days! LOL. Thanks again!

  • @RCRedBaron *blushes* how fun!!! You've most definitely had me drooling! haha! It's been great to see how these planes 'n helicopters have advanced in technology Very Cool!! and thanks for the wonderful feedback! ;-)

  • Very nice plane!

  • @rascherubim : You are referring to the bigger version of this plane. It's true on the bigger model that you either fly on water or land, but you cant go from water to land in the same flight. You have to seal up the gear areas. This model I have is the smaller version that is Only for Water. I do love this plane. No need to worry about finding a flat area to take off from, just find a big pond and away you go! thanks!!

  • freakin' nice plane m8! is it fully amphibious? i overstood that you cant use the retrackts while flying water b4 making (taping) some parts in the fuselage, that true? Anyway... if you still have it, have fun m8 ;-)
