@jduzie11 he wrote the demo for Ride the Lightning, but it was quite different and unpolished, it was a demo after all :L and then Kirk fixed it into the masterpiece we know today ;)

@jduzie11 hey dude Cliff burton was bassist untill he had passed away in sweden in a freak accident in '85 newstead came out on And Justice For All untill '03 when they kicked him out and now we have robert trujillo.

for the previous questions why would you say dave wrote the solo for ride the lightning? dave was long gong way before they started making ride the lightning and it was when they had newsteed as a base. dave only wrote songs for kill em all. he had credit for some of the songs on kill em all but not all of them.
