brilliant, i've got the solo this wednesday on lesson for my trumpet and it is not very difficult, but fun to play especially when I play 'with you'.

Trumpet is brighter, little different mouthpiece, cornet is conical bore, trumpet is not, cornet is much darker than trumpet, cornet is little easier to play and has some more flexibility as well.
