"To attain a state of zen, one must be able to accept the idea of nondual reality. i get it!!! i started looking around & for the first time i see that everything around is my own self. i look at this very video & see you as myself... which means "you" are not yourself but me. wait, while making this video you saw everything as yourself first, making me you. so then me thinking u are me makes me wrong since i was you first. but did someone see u as themselves before you, then that would make you them & them not you but you them... whoa!!! i'm so confused... relativism is evil

@jcreamx23 if a tree falls and nothing is around to observe it does the tree make sound, no because that tree does not exist as matter, it exists as energy and also exists in super positions (one being rooted the other bieng uprooted) until an observer (insect, human, form of life) can oberve the state of the tree, basically reveiling reality. what is not observed does not exist as reality.

@stalkingcat123 what are you observing right now while youre supposedly alive? science or common sense will tell you that youre not looking at or observing anything right now. theres nothing but yourself all around you. wheres the division or seperation in the UNI-verse? the same molecules that make up the computer youre staring into right now are the same ones that make up you - youre seamlessly connected. this is what this ladies talking about, theres no subject/object relationship. just you.
