Lesbian Trying to Conceive (TTC) :Natural Ways to help Fertility

Lesbian TTC: This video is about what I am doing to prepare for my February Double IUI and I think we are leaning towards a medicated IUI due to us having 2 failed IUI and 3 failed IVF.

My routine:
Take folic acid (or prenatal pill)
Take Vitamin E (some prenatal pills already have it in there)

Take Vitamin C (when I am feeling under the weather)

Eat foods that have seeds in them (strawberries, blueberries, tomatoes, grapes (not the seedless)

Massage oil: Use Olive oil (pref Organic) with the following Essential oils
-Fennel - 1 drop
-Clary Sage - 2 drops
-Geranium -3 drops
-Lavender - 5 drops

IF YOU ARE PREGNANT:Do not use fennel and clary sage

@LesbianHome I totally understand. Out of pocket expenses can leave you with just lint left. hehe. Good luck on your IUI this month and next. I want an update on that STAT!! Just kidding. I need to do my own update as well.

@teiadavis We were planning to do acupuncture but we can't afford it right now due to all of our out of pocket expenses, which stinks. This IUI cycle and next (if this one doesn't work) will be expensive for us. After that we'll start acupuncture since our insurance will finally kick in.

@LesbianHome Kale - I never heard of that but I eat Kale literally everyday. So yayyyyy. We are considering acupunture, we did massage and I even went to a chiropractor. Right now I am yoga. Good luck to you and your wife too. Are you guys going to do acupunture as well.

Hi! I love the info about the seeds and oils. Kale is supposed to be a great fertility food also.

Have ya'll considered acupuncture? My sister had 2 blocked Fallopian tubes and no luck conceiving over some years but after doing acupuncture she conceived naturally literally days before her first IVF appointment. All the literature out there is very convincing in terms of acupuncture being amazing for fertility.
