Authors@Google: Lori Hope

Lori Hope visits Google's Mountain View, CA headquarters to discuss her book "Help Me Live: 20 Things People with Cancer Want You to Know." This event took place on June 12, 2008, as part of the Authors@Google series.

Based on the author's own experiences with cancer, as well as interviews and surveys with many others who have had this disease, each chapter tells intimate stories about one of the 20 most important messages people with cancer want to convey

Lori Hope, a cancer survivor herself, has produced more than 20 documentaries, winning dozens of awards including two Emmys. Currently managing editor of Bay Area BusinessWoman News, Hope has been published in Newsweek and her essays have been broadcast on radio stations nationwide.
