They should seriously not try to blame the crossings! I mean, you can see the train in an open field! You can HEAR the horn Blowing!

another train that failed to give way?
damn it... im giving way to trains from now on.

this is funny!

They need to look for any obvious signs of equipment failure, drug or alcohol use in the cab, mitigating factors in the collision which when the vehicles are removed might be obscured.

yeah and don't forget the flashing red light they all ne flashing red light.

i hate when they say train vs x y or z
it makes it look like it was deliberate and not an accident

its an open field during day time, he had to see that train.

So...you guys are arguing about this why? The guy died, it won't change anything to argue, I'm sure that the city knows what to do about it. It's an everyday tragedy, people die, get over it, it's nothing to argue about. I'm sure that proper precautions will be taken. (Arguing is pointless)

All x-ings should have people crossing them who have a clue. There is a stop sign. My 4 year old knows what that means.
THERE IS NOTHING TO INVESTIGATE! train is always right. i dont care. if you cant see a moving freight train hurling your way then you 1. shouldn't be driving or 2. shouldn't be alive because you are so stupid. there are no excuses. train=right everyone else colliding with it=wrong. its so simple.

It always amuses me how it takes hours to do an investigation when the cause was simply someone that didn't bother to stop and look.
