Powerlifter Shane Hamman in a really funny Allstate commercial. He holds multiple U.S. powerlifting records and also has incredible agility for his size. He has a 3 foot vertical jump and can perform a standing backflip. Enjoy this rare commercial from around 2004.

@DrBjamin the clean and jerk is a power lift. The sport "power lifting" (squat, deadliest, bench) - aren't power lifts. Olympic weightlifting should be called power lifting

Agreed.. this is called Weightlifting. It is not Powerlifting. And while Shane did start as a powerlifter, he is most well known for his weightlifting.

He is a powerlifter ok...but he is also an olympic lifter and thats what he is doing in the commercial.
