Unconditional self-acceptance means accepting your SELF, though not necessarily condoning every behavior you perform. YOU are the same human being, fallible, still learning and growing, whether you weigh 170 or 190, you are still loveable and worthy of love even though you might prefer the behavior of controlling your intake of food and daily exercise to the behavior of overeating and inactive lifestyle

  • i weight 175 and according to army stanards id be overweigt if i was 195. if ya want to be airborne ya got to be thin.
