yes, i really dig the p90 version. more fast pace, and intense. but this is a great way to do it when your first starting p90x. a lot of people struggle with a lot of the moves in the program, but ab ripper x seems to discourage a lot of people because its so short and intense.. Pace yourself, and work up to it each and every week. start out with this version, pick it, then pick it up.. i encourage everyone to do p90x it'll amaze you.

yes you're right. In p90x your feet are OFF the floor using your stabalizing muscles and you touch the floor every time and its done at the end of the abs routine
