Sorry Bro, the Anatomy of movement does not call ADDUCTION of the shoulder, but RETRACTION of the shoulder when the shoulder blades come closer together.

I think you have a great understanding of what it takes to make posture the main idea. I have 2 certifications from NASM and I currently working towards being and athletic trainer. For those out there who need help, this advice is pure and knowledgeable.
