Worst song I could pick? I absolutely agree. Nevertheless I'm addicted to this song and I'm SO sorry I did not add any of Eminem's lines!
"I love the way you lie" is about the fact that Kitty was unfaithful to Henry and about Essex...well, there are plenty of things to say about him, from Frances Walsingham to the Rebellion, but...generally that line is about their relationships... what was real and what was only a lie?
The truth is I wanted to make a vid about House's theory 'Everybody lies' set to this song, then I changed my mind almost starting a Robert Dudley vid and that's the result: a vid about Henry/Kitty & Elizabeth/Essex. LOL It's crazy, I know.
I remember I read Elizabeth's nickname for Essex in a book and I laughed for a whole hour after that... I love the nicknames given by Elizabeth to her favorites!
