Raul Diaz Arce : DC United Hall of Tradition 2009 : Report/Reporte

This was on September 12, 2009. Raul Diaz Arce became the 4th member to join the Washington DC United Hall of Tradition. (Salon de la Fama) Diaz Arce played 4 seasons (1996, 1997, 2000 and 2001) with DC United and was a major key in the early success that saw DC United win 2 MLS Cups (1996 and 1997) as well as a US Open Cup in 1996. He scored several crucial goals and provided many great memories for the United franchise.

man he was aswome i was like six or seven when i he used to play in dc united i loved go and see him play at the stadium i remeber a win or lost he would alway sign a autograph at the place where the players get on the bus i remeber that echevary and moreno would put his head down walk into the bus and ignored the fan screaming his name and when rda would show up he would go and sign autographed he was my favorite play when i was kid and boy i miss him seeing in the field

La verdad que este tipo se merece reconocerlo. Yo lo iva a ver jugar cuando a penas tenia 17 anos y jugaba para el Dragon y con solo verlo se notaba que iva a ser muy buen jugador. Ese si era delantero no como los que tenemos hoy. Este tipo era mortal para rematar con la cabeza y ni es una persona alta. Saludos Raul, creo que estas en Washington deberas te mereces eso y mas.
