www.ProGuitarShop.com - Electro Harmonix Frequency Analyzer The Electro Harmonix Frequency
Analyzer is a classic ring modulator design for guitar. This bad boy
gives you tons of fun with your guitar including dark, gothic bell sounds,
synth tones, and more. It has a 5 octave range and features all analog
circuitry. You can use it to add harmonies to your guitar as well by
using the Shift and Fine Tune knobs. The Blend knob lets you bring in as
much or as little of the effect as you like. The Electro Harmonix
Frequency Analyzer is perfect for experimental craziness and synth like
madness. Next time someone tells you your tone is too normal, bust out
the Electro Harmonix Frequency Analyzer and show em whats up.

  • @paintingglass thats what im talking about!

  • Oh the nonsensical shenanigins I would have with this

  • they need to make a real frequency analyzer to analyze each frequency in the signal so when you have a noise it will give you which frequency it is and you can eliminate it or limit it without effecting on the whole signal of the guitar , thats a true frequency analyzer we would love to see in the market

  • why is it that when i buy all the pedals that i wanted there just ends up being more pedals i want...gear i should say but here latley i have been a pedal whore

  • Lots of potential in this pedal me thinks, with numerous forms on input.

Guitar wise I particularly like the sound when there's predominantly dry signal with the ring mod adding interest in the background... very cool pedal !!

  • ZZTop use it for about 3 seconds in Cheap Sunglasses(?)and Todd Rubdgren uses one on Treatise on Cosmic fire.

It's great for when you need that certain sound but please, dont just turn it on and jam with it, it sounds SO shit!

  • I must thank you PGS for making me addicted to guitar pedals!

  • For those of you who don't know what a ring modulator is for, have a listen to the solo on Paranoid by Black Sabbath. This demo doesn't do the pedal justice at all.

  • This is the greatest prog pedal of all timesies.

  • You can get a really cool and interesting sound if you have someone that play the guitar, bass or whatever and you turn the knobs up and down to change the parameters. Plus you can connect a delay after the ring modulator to make the sound cooler!
