Natalia's upper palm, 2B, is not that useless as many might think. Its hitbox covers very short horizontal space, but it can be as an anti-air. What hasn't been discovered until now is that Natalia's 2B can launch, if used as a counter.
For this launcher to work properly, the opponent must be on the ground first. If the opponent is countered from the ground, the opponent will be lifted into the air. If the opponent is countered in mid-air, however, the opponent will be pushed back, making combos much harder to link. Nonetheless, 2B is excellent for close-up pressure, may prevent aerial crossups, and works well as a surprise attack.
By herself, Natalia can connect 5C, j.5C, or even 5B+C. These connections, of course, can be extended with an Assist like Eko, for instance. ***It is possible to link Eko's 3D; it just needs precise timing. I haven't tried the other three yet.
EDIT: This launcher also works in version 1.01.
