I think YT picks the craziest thumbnails possible on purpose!!! Following three very commonly accepted hair myths killed my curls. I chopped it off and will not risk irreversible heat damage by flat ironing or curling EVER AGAIN. It's just not worth it. My advice...stay away from PROPYLENE GLYCOL, moisturize your hair with water and seal with that moisture in with oil. And, don't flat iron.

  • Ok so 1st off your TWA is fierce! I love it and now that you will be babying your hair again it will grow back pretty fast. 2ne thank you for talking about PROPYLENE GLYCOL!!!! Personally I choose to use organic based products and just stay away from the other stuff. (too much to research lol) I am so paranoid of heat damage so I came up with a medium heat method that works for me. I use coconut oil to seal and how about I already have comments on my channel saying dont use oils smh. #no damage

  • @lyndaespratley thanks. I have dumped all the old products and now buy nothing that contains ingredients that I can't pronounce. lol. :)

  • Does anybody else think she actually looks better with short hair?

  • @louloumatou yes it was expensive! lol. I certainly won't be co-washing with it, but I'll use it as a leave-in.

  • @diademy you are so lucky to have oyin just round the corner!! i think your hair will like the conditioner method, try some cone free cheaper ones too :)

  • @MyNaturalTransition I think I am on my way there with you. I have to dump all my cone products and start over. That's my good excuse :)

  • @louloumatou you are so absolutely sweet :) you had the same prob, huh? maybe you are right about the back. I just cant stand it though and I have been chipping away at the back, bit by bit, all day long. Went to Oyin here in Baltimore today and purchased some conditioner. So, I'll be trying the curly girl thing.

  • @diademy you are very welcome :) Happy Holidays

  • @Dawnyele awwww thanks :) me too. my neck is cold.
