FFVII Rock-Paper-Scissors glitch

Apparently you aren't supposed to be able to beat the last guy in the RPS game at the Wonder Square. However, using save states I went ahead and did so...and this is what happened. Saved one second before the last hit.

It's imposible to beat invisible man

Not a glitch. If you actually happen to defeat him you fight an invisible man which, as you can see, only results in either a tie or you getting hit, you cannot hit him; therefore, you cannot beat him and you receive the 300 GP from the red man.
