Ah, I thought it might have been sea salt - I've seen you use a pinch of it in other chocolatey recipes. Can't wait to try it! I think I'll make some tonight after a crisp, fresh winter walk.

Thanks for the update. Yes I can definitely tell your mom looks much less stressed health wise. Less inflammation for sure and she seems more at ease. It's great to see her transformation. Keep going because you both are such roll models for us all. Happy Holidays. Ron
