Nathan Blake of Blake TV does "Get me Bodied" by Beyonce At the Zumba Thon in Virginia with Angela B.... these people are crazy and were a great crowd!... remember while doing this in ya class... i don't suggest going down to the ground but it does have a nice get freaky effect... aka.. "MODIFY" but its is one of my classic routine... I all ways enjoy doing this routine and I think u will also ..... hope ya like it :*)

Hiyaaaa! Have you considered - fast abs magic (google it)? Ive heard some super things about it and my m8 got beautiful 6 pack abs and lost a truck load of of fat with it.
