Why is his sister giving him something at 5:34 ? I have heard that he was medicated but what is wrong with him? He is acting like a mad man or something, although I must say it is very good acting! Sorry for being such a pain and asking loads of questions I just find it really interesting and I want to know what the whole story is about because I can't find it on IMDB you see! Thanks a lot anyway!
