it's not a movie, he actually found this tape in a box of his possessions when he got fired.

he got fired from work and they put all his stuff in boxes. somehow, this got mixed in with the boxes and now he is trying to find out as much as possible about this as he can. it is believed that some people that have gone missing were tied into this.

it says center for disease control and the person in the window was not military personnel. the entire building was quarantined and surrounded by the biohazard tents. this way if anyone were to come out of the building they would have to be decontaminated or checked.

The movie is called "Quarentine" (Not sure if I spelled it right). It's supposed to be like Cloverfield, where you see the footage from someone's camera. The thing is supposed to be like a zombie. I saw the preview (Never before seen by the way, except for the people that watched it) on Attack Of The Show. It was a pretty cool preview. So sorry to disapoint you, but it's a movie.
