  • I don't know about you guys, but the other nominees' performances were tiny tiny tiny atoms compared to Monique's powerhouse performance that year. Just sayin'.

  • @npgfunk I couldnt agree with you more, they only give oscars to black people who have played very bad character, Denzel Washington Training Day, Hattie McDaniel Gone With The Wind, Hallie Berry Monster's Ball, etc. They all potrayed negative stereotypes instend of great performaces such as Denzel in Malcolm X. Well Said

  • AND NOBODY SHIT ON MAH FLOOR

  • Amazing performance. One of the greatest supporting performances ever.

  • im like actually crying.

  • Absolutely deserved it- she gave a stunning performance- so daring and so talented.

  • @drxwnedxwxrld They didn't stand a chance.

  • @The1987Kid What about Jamie Foxx performance in Ray?

  • @popaddict If you would have read up on what she was talking about instead of assuming, you would know what was going on. Normally, w/ Oscars, you go around promoting your film, trying to woo people into voting for you, Ex: Cher 1983. Mo'Nique didn't have time to do it. She had family obligations and other things she deemed more important. THAT is what she meant by "Performance and not politics."
