In July 2007 BSA Troop 157 made a trip to Western Virginia to ride the Virginia Creeper Trail. The trip was conceived over a hamburger while backpacking the trail back in 2004. It was the ride of our lives!

  • My troop, troop 64 is going this weekend! I'm so excited!

  • Rode the trail Saturday from Whitetop Station to as close as we could get to Abingdon (bridges out due to recent tornado). My butt is killing me, but it was a blast.

  • this is a great trail, i've gone twice and rode the whole trail.... they need to build in jumps on the side or something tho, just so it doesnt get as boring... haha

  • we rode the downhill part in like 1 hour but i went with my troop 473

  • i live almost 2 hours away, i hope to go this summer
