Hello. I'm back after being gone for so long. I was sick, and with the holidays, I had no time at all for new progress videos.

I've gained 3 pounds in muscle over the break, went up from curling 35 pound dumbbells to 45, I've notice tons of progress.

I really wanted to make an official video, with good quality,music and editing, but I think my viewers have missed enough progress updates !

  • small as hell... for workout a full year i had bigger gains... u need to start eating... and working on ur body in a more intense format... and any haters that say toherwise are stupid becuase u know its true.. no i dont take steroid or even protein.. kids gotta step his game up

  • @TheZfitness You're being very critique and cynical. You consider me a full on bodybuilder, thus leading to why you expect much bigger. I'm not a full on body builder, I've got other matters to attend to. I've got school, a girlfriend, a little sister who's on oxygen who needs to be taken care of, tons of other activities, yet I still find time to workout, make videos, and help the youth who need help. I don't need to change myself at all, you're just an arrogant asshole with no life.
