It's well made because Tim & Geoff Follin were the men behind the melody!! Seriously, they are pro veterans in the business and my favourite musicians of all time!

maybe you'll fin it strange but I'm amazed they made such a complex soundtrack on the snes. Not my favourite music style but it is really well made.
