  • You sure got some tunes.

  • Thanks brow, need to unwind somehow and share with 'friends' ....

  • Dear All, i've been looking for a song i heard in London around 1988/1989 both on radio and clubs , it was called " Intimacy " .. the band was called "symbol" although i understand it was not written or spelled the that way . Any clue ?

  • It could be St. Paul - Intimacy (1987) tune.

    I have posted it.......

  • MixSensei,

Big Ups to you man.... As we say in 9ja "Ol boy you do well". 1988 was a year when I was breaking ALL de rules and didnt have a care in the world.... I can still remember Grooving to those badass seamless DJ mixes back in the day - matter of fact I recently recycled one with this track in it. I been acquiring old skool funk mixes from various sources lately, You should check it out.

One Jam/video I am looking for also is "Sugarfree" by Juicy. The Video (if they have one ??

  • Yeah, the 80's were all GOOD !!! Tomoorrow was another day to enjoy or catch up on things you didnt do the previous day...

Ya respect to 9ja, i had many friends from there back in the day when i was in London, and we really enjoyed this type of music, in fact some of them 'schooled' me.

Juicy - Sugar free is posted many times on You Tube my friend: do a simple search and you will find it, if not i can happily post it for ya.

  • Rick with a dodgy movember tash -give now people :)

  • Thanks to my new pal DJ Ptoghanro for finding this song for me after a 20 year+ search! I was not aware the duo were Brits! Shows we can be as good if not better than the Americans in making good rnb songs, Soul II Soul also did it. It's a shame that songs with this kind of melody are not made or appreciate anymore today. Real shame.

  • Good choon!! Rick Clarke-Straight outta the 'Northside'........More Tottenham music for the people..........

  • thanks for putting this on mate killa tune

  • You will not believe how long I have searched for this song! At least 20 years. I Googled it to no avail. Of course, I did not know the artist. Only a few words from the lyrics. Thanks for posting.

  • This one flew under the radar here in the ATL back in the day, it never received much radio airplay here, if any at all, I would've surely remembered this smooth, funky groove, with those excellent, harmonious an soulful vocals, quality 80's R&B, that I just recently discovered, better late than never, for sure...

  • absolute tune bought this back in the day, seen on itunes.

  • big tune

  • Love 80's music.

  • Nice, very nice
