Would this work with a hollowed out plexiglass guitar, or would I have to do it differently?
Btw, I'm making a completely hollow plexiglass guitar that is also hollow in the neck and headstock. I will post a video of it when its done!

not sure what you mean by "only" thats the way Gibson did it.
you can use any wire you want, as long as it connected from the bridge to the back of a pot. it can be connect anywhere on the bridge.. but the way I showed is the best and the neatest way.
