The Big Red from The North and the Big Red from the South. That is what they called it in the good old Big 8 days. I hate that OU-NU stopped playing on a yearly basis. Apparently OU's AD and administration at the time wanted to focus on the rivalry with Texas when the Big 12 was starting. As a Sooner fan, it pisses me off to this day. Schools are lucky to have one distinguished rivalry (USC/Notre Dame, Michigan/Ohio State, Alabama/Auburn, etc.) OU used to have TWO with Texas and Nebraska.

I guess they were due. I think Nebraska got screwed in Dallas. Mac Brown's gonna need that officiating crew in Pasadina.
