@MEMPHISBOY712 Hi - I would advise you to re-install FL Studio. However it sounds like your default Edison FST file is corrupted but I am not certain. Just simply backup your project files, audio files and re-install.

good vids..i have a fl prob..the tempo on a beat i made always changes to 29 when i press play on the playlist even if I reset the the tempo to a higher #: i saved the beat as a different name and exported it but it defaults back to 29 tempo..any ideas on how i can fix it?

This sounds like an Automation issue. Right click the Tempo then click Edit Events to see if you had somehow set automation for the tempo. You may also want to change the tempo to the desired value then right click and select "Init Song with this position"

Ok something so simple How can I RECORD a SAMPLE int my own pattern on Edison ?? So that way I can use that pattern and put into the pattern box so that way I don't have to use the mouse or keyboard computer in order to do this

@1youngrizzal i have a regular soundcard....its back working now after i cleared up some memory on my hardrive and re-installed fl studio...hope that never happens again!!!

@SampleSimple ok i think my edison is corrupted too but just to be on the safe side im going to re-install fl studio anyway....So, i plan on backing up my songs and soundfonts on my flashdrive...im doing this by going into my c-drive/program files/image-line/ fl studio 9/data/projects (for the songs) and/patches/packs (for the soundfonts...is this the corect way to backup your data?
