@eukhan15 A student can NEVER outgrow his mentor? I don't agree with that.

to be honest listening to Marco's response it quite clearly confirms jamie's point, and even his admirers will recognise MPWhite has a dominating temper about him, like many great artists. No one is disputing White's ability though.

"Best thing to happen to cooking, sense me"

@unseenforce10 You never no with the media outlets, they print something or play something on air that we as the public deem to be fact and true, but then half the time it turns out to be total speculation and complete rubbish some idiot in a booth put together to make news!.

@MultiLoveMetal yes i was thinking the same? hmmm

Is it just me or do these 'clips' of him saying hes going to remind jamie of what he said and wipe the floor with him sound a little edited, like they were put together?.

Feel bad for Marco. Smart guy but his time has come, and gone. Just another attempt to get into the lime light.

not sure if Jamie really does know cooking... TV just needs good actors...
Jamie knows mass appeal and can run a business.
Marco is an artist and one of the best ever.
Unfair to compare either as their aims are completely different.
It's like comparing Michael Jackson to Pavarotti.

Marco is THE GODFATHER of kitchen out of the three. Hands down. Gordon doesn't come close hence Marco will always be his mentor and superior. As for Jamie....who doesn't love him. But he is in a different league altogether. Great artist, different depth.
