Fasting for a month also allows the body to detox itself. Excersise induces perspiration also ridding the body of toxins. I hope my Islamic advice from the Qur'an helps. You seem an ok-ish person.

The Qur'an suggests that food has healing properties. 1st step to healing your body; eat organic wholesome foods. 2nd step is regular massage, prayer and relaxation. Balance brain activity with practical activity. Massage courses are an excellent introduction to the variety of essential oils and their properties. i love citronella, it's really relaxing. I replace coffee with herbal tea which detoxes. The Qur'an suggests honey is miraculous n a tsp should be taken daily.

Harold, I admire your faith, but I also get 'cluster headaches'.
I havent had an episode in many months, but they do come back.
That's the nature of this condition. They come to me during REM sleep and I head for cutting torch and breath oxygen for about 15 minutes, its saves me from 2 hours of intense pain.
You can get Imetrex but it is expensive and it knocks your $&*#$ in the dirt.

@Kingdiiiiip Hey Little buddy, how you been? I've missed you. We haven't chatted in almost forever. Sorry to hear about your graphics card. If things were better for me I'd just buy you one but times are kind of hard for me right now. I've got to leave for Houston right now but stay in touch and be safe online.
