this whole film put me into a deep state of deppresion i nearly bawled my eyes out at the end..and i am a guy!!

This film is so poignant to me because since waking from a coma with aphasia, I feel as though I exist, as apposed to actually living, like a trapped machine.

I have no real family and the desolation, (post accident), is so profound and constant that I writhe around in my segregation looking for a way out.

Last time I checked this isn't what life's about!

@spaniardmale77 I could be wrong, but I don't think wi-fi was prevalent when this film was made. It wasn't a securely developed tech until some time later. Kubrick nor Spielberg wouldn't presume that and write it into the script.
