  • john what would u advice a non-strength athlete who just wants bigger legs and doesnt care about strength at all(aka hypertrophy lover)?still squatting everyday?

  • @kwstas67 yes, but with sets of 20+ reps. after you get over the dizzy spells and vomiting, your legs will get big - not strong, but big.

  • i will say that was very good but, i would like to no y mr.mendes hasnt gone to a national meet in awhile? i mean hes doing really good weight

  • @ThatZombieGuy13 you mean like winning the National Championships 2 weeks ago?

  • Hey Broz, really appreciate all the advice, quick question, can i do front squats everyday after my back squats if I feel like it? Or is there a limit to how often they should be done?

  • @abcwarrior88 if you want to do both in same session, max fs then at failure switch to back and continue to go up

  • god i hate front squats

  • this guys an animal

  • @BROZKNOWS yes i love hypertrophy .of course i respect strength athletes:)

i squat 6 times a week now and magically all my lifts increased :P.i see how it goes i train each bodypart 3 times basic stuff but i found out that quads and calves for me recover faster so maybe hit em more .i love big volumes :).upper body i feel its different though.for me i feel its more prone to joint pain and im a short mofo so lower body is going cool bit upper ,,,ahhh lol :(

  • @RyanOFelt he squats like 12 times a week

  • @ajayalmighty ATG is not dangerous to the knees.

  • Dude, when you gonna represent the USA in the Olympics?

  • @needabloodyname There is a big difference between competition and training. The videos you see of training could take 5 attempts but we only see the successful ones. In competition, you don't get the luxury of all of those misses. You also control the entire warm-up leading up to your big attempts in training.

  • @ajayalmighty

Your vagina looks like it's bleeding.
