Dubai and the Gulf States need to mandate REAR FOG LAMPS - "UNECE 38" for new vehicles. Hazard warning lights are simply NOT as strong, and are intended for STATIONARY warning only of breakdowns and crash scenes, not as defact rear fog lamps.

@AllAbtPeaceAndLove72 : yes there was i thick fog....but only if this moron drove their cars slowly and carefully, then this wouldn't happen...... i know how they drove on the streets even if u cannot see a thing 5 meters ahead of you.....i lived here for 4 years now....i know how stupid they are....
