  • What's with these weird scales you use in usa? Where I live you just step onto a digital scale and you get the result instant.

  • Haha, that "blasted lands" seems funny how u think about it, from opinion of finnish guy. :D 80c is pretty low temperature for us, usually like 100 celsius, and we sit head allmost touching the top. But I can totally understand it, since we're doing it since little kids 3-4 times a week, like every house here has a sauna. :P Nice to see u liked it too, Swifty. :P

  • howlong would you need to shake without blender?

  • @CrispyShammy Haha, please go study how human body works, also please dont say that you think that my body temperature will grow up to 100 celsius when Im in sauna, please dont. Of course it does not. Like do you really think that human would boil like that, if you do youre an idiot lol. No sane person would sit in a sauna for long times 30mins+ in over 100 celsius, your body starts to dry. Visit sauna sometime and come then say that

  • can't find a site that sells VP2 internationally for a lower price than 50 euros

  • @Sokan1993 oldschool.

  • my whey is chocolate favored :)

  • @xGuitarStianx If you do Rico's style of training, you get long muscles that have more endurance, bodybuilders have no endurance, i didnt say shit about sportsmen. + sportsmen does it Rico's way (unless they are complete retards). The sports that use heavy weight training are example: Boxing (Powerpunching) and body contact sports, like: Rugby and American Football.

  • @CrispyShammy If you mean so. All the professional bodybuilders + sportsmen says max 15 reps. Whos strongest? Bodybuilder or Rico?

  • @CrispyShammy 100celsius is little i usually go to sauna at 130celsius.

  • @Rnakeri wait.. so you say that 80 celsius is a little? the sahara desert has 50 celsius at max, and water boils at 100 celsius, also does your body, if they would stay in that sauna at 80 celsius for a longer time, they would boil thier brain.

  • @xGuitarStianx Not true, if you do a few reps on a really high weight, you will build more muscle, and almost no endurance, if you want to be strong and have high endurance, you need to lighten the weight and do more reps. It's not about being big, it's about being strong, not like one of those fake ass bodybuilders with huge muscles and no endurance, so what Rico is saying is correct.
