  • None of the 55 turtles equipped with that heavy apparatus… ever returned to nest in the Las Baulas National Park. Is it right?

  • In another "experiment" 400 hatchlings were killed by decapitation as part of a “research” done by James Spotila and other “scientists” related to the Leatherback Trust in the Las Baulas National Park some years ago. Atrocious! However they came to Costa Rica, they said, to protect the leatherback turtles.
